Applying to Become a Charity
Background
An organisation approached us for advice as their application to become a charity had been rejected by the Charities Commission.
How we helped
We advised the charity, drafted the foundation documents and assisted with the resubmission of the application. We responded to questions from the Charities Commission and the application was accepted.
